Please give as much detail as you can, including any measures you may have taken in trying to resolve the problem. A technician will contact you to resolve the issue. You will also receive an e-mail from the SpiceWorks system confirming your ticket. Please keep this e-mail as it will have a link you can use to check status on the ticket.
